Description and Requirements

Responsibility:

  1. Support the global business team in the role of HRBP, understand the business strategy and promote the effective implementation of the HR strategy in the business unit.

  2. Have business insight and business information sensitivity, be good at organizational structure design and optimization, promote organizational reform, formulate and continuously optimize human resource planning and strategic mechanism based on business strategic planning, assist the department to optimize and adjust internal organizational structure, stimulate organizational vitality and do a good job in talent retention and incentive.

  3. lead studies industry trends, diagnoses organizational capabilities and evaluates organizational effectiveness in combination with company strategies, coordinates group talent inventory, identifies the current situation of talent supply chain, and designs corresponding talent development plan.

  4. Closely communicate and cooperate with various functional departments of HR, constantly improve relevant HR systems, processes and systems, understand the leading trends of the industry, and improve the efficiency of HR operations.

  5. Responsible for improving the core talent team training mechanism, promoting talent reserve and team construction to meet the needs of business development, and improving organizational combat effectiveness and team moral.

Position Requirements:

  1. More than 5 years of HR experience, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experiences are strongly preferred.

  2. Strategic Mindset with the ability to deliver results. Have strong business acumen and learning agility, eager to learn new things.

  3. Have knowledge and experience in providing total HR solutions to the business unit.

  4. Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience in working with HR database management is strongly preferred.

  5. Take action quickly and proactively with strong commitment and ownership.

  6. Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working under pressure. Can collaborate effectively with others.

  7. Good cross-cultural awareness. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English especially business writing.
