• Process applications, ensuring completeness and adherence to company requirements.

• Prepare lease and move-in packets, and maintain communication logs.

• Review and process property invoices, resolving customer issues.

• Promote the company's vision and exhibit courteous communication and strong customer relations skills.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of leasing assistant experience.

• Strong background in customer service.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Sales experience is a plus.

• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
